Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- For hygienic and safety reasons, skincare and makeup items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
- Services (skincare treatments, facials, memberships, or packages) are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily send a replacement at no additional cost.
