What is Dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a physical exfoliation that removes dead surface skin cells and villus hair (peach fuzz).
The procedure involves the use of a surgical scalpel handle fitted with a blade designed specifically for dermaplaning.
The technician gently glides the blade over clean, dry skin or skin that has been prepared with a speciality oil on the forehead, cheeks, chin, nose and neck, removing the top layer(s) of skin cells and hair from the face.
